What is the minimum stay?
We offer mid to long term rentals with a one-month minimum. Shorter stays are not available.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. For monthly stays we are usually flexible—mention your timing when you inquire.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted in either guesthouse.
What is your smoking policy?
No smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.
Is there parking?
Street parking is available in front of the property.
